Leppards Butchers will endeavour to meet the delivery date at all times. Should the consumer not receive the goods the supplier must be notified immediately and an alternative date will be arranged.
Leppards Butchers guarantees the quality of its products, all risk in the goods will pass to the consumer once delivery is made. LeppardsButchers will not be responsible for any losses, costs or damage incurred by the consumer or third party.
Where certain items are sold by weight Leppards Butchers will endeavour to deliver as near as possible to the weight specified, but some goods may be slightly over or under.
